I have previously struggled a lot with inflammation and irritated muscles in the seat and pelvis after two births. These have propagated and made me periodically very stiff in the lower back. In the past, I have had to go to a chiropractor on a regular basis, to loosen up the lower back and seat muscles when inflammation in the pelvis has "settled".

In September, I started with two tablespoons of SanOmega Premium every morning. It's been a bit gradual, but a noticeable change came around December. Now I notice the inflammation much less, even when the muscles are "provoked". For example, this January I spent a couple of weeks working from home due to covid. It has typically been one thing that has triggered the back (worse chair, not optimal sitting position, less exercise / movement in general). I noticed it on my back now too, but it's not nearly as stiff as it used to be, and it passes without me needing treatment. I haven't done anything differently in terms of training in the last six months, so I'm pretty sure it's Sanomega that has played a role here. Absolutely magical! :D
