SanMagnesium is a dietary supplement containing natural magnesium from seawater, natural vitamin C, quercetin, bioflavonoids and polyphenols. These help to protect the magnesium in its active form on its way from the stomach into the bloodstream. SanMagnesium also contains iodine, boron, zinc, silicon, chromium, molybdenum and selenium, vitamins B1, B3 and B6 for increased absorption, as well as B12 and folate which, together with vitamin B6, are important for several processes in blood functions.
SanMagnesium is in powder form and is is mixed with water. Tastes great with lemon!

What is SanOmega Premium?
SanOmega is a range of fish oils particularly rich in the omega-3 fatty acid EPA. EPA has been shown in study after study to have effects on inflammation, sleep, concentration and pain. We have also added the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K2 as well as beta-carotene, coenzyme Q10 and MCT in our Premium variant.
